History of Holi's festival!

According to an ancient legend, there was a Hiranyakarana forest about 40 km ahead of Jhansi! The king of that forest was Hiranyakashyap. He was an Asura king, who made it difficult for everyone to live on earth. King Hiranyakashyapa practiced harsh penance and worshiped Lord Brahma and received this boon from the Lord (he could not be killed by any male nor female, neither by a bird nor any animal nor killed in the day. Could not be killed nor killed at night, indoors or out of the house, neither by the attack of any weapon nor by the attack of any weapon) After receiving this boon, Hiranyakashipu made a cry in his kingdom. Started and announced that from now on everyone will worship me, not Lord Vishnu, and he who does not worship him will be killed, but his own son was a great devotee of Lord Vishnu, and the whole kingdom to worship Hiranyakashipu It seemed that his son was worshiping Lord Vishnu rather than him, seeing that Hiranyakashipu was very angry that one day he thought of killing his son and the next From the day he started doing this work, he made many efforts to kill his son as Lord Vishnu was protecting him, so every time he would fail, he would not be able to balance his son's hair too, Hiranyakashipu told Prahlad. He made many efforts to kill, sometimes he would put his son in a room full of snakes and once he tried to crush him with the elephant's feet, but this time also he was Prahlad. I could not do anything. Now Hiranyakashipu ordered Prahlada from his army to throw Prahlad down from the mountain of Decanchal. The soldier threw Prahlada into the river Veduka below, but Lord Vishnu saved Swami Prahlad in his lap and saved Prahlad from the mountain. Due to the push, today, this mountain is known as the Dikoli mountain, when Hiranyakashipu failed to kill Prahlad, then the task of killing Prahlad Hiranyakashipu's sister Holika took it. Holika had the blessing that she could not burn in the fire, so she would sit in the fire with Prahlad on her lap and Prahlad would die by burning a pile of wood in Siraj. In which Holika took Prahlad to her dock and set it on fire, but once again Lord Vishnu saved Prahlad by his grace and Holika got burnt in it, since then Holika started burning, now Hiranyakashipu, Prahlad was killed. He came, to kill Hiranyakashipu, Vishnu Bhagavan took the incarnation of Narasimha, who was the incarnation of male and lion, then Narasimha killed Hiranyakashipu, then for the first time Jhansi Color and Gualala to Aj was celebrated Holi and the city was named Prahlad city |

The Christian Meaning Behind Ancient Traditions

Evergreen Trees were the symbol of eternal life. Martin Luther introduced them to the Reformation Church as a picture of our endless life in Christ, by bringing in a tree to his family on Christmas Eve lit with candles (Isaiah 60:13).
Candles are a picture that Christ is the Light of the world (John 8).
Holly speaks of the thorns in His crown (Matthew 27:29).
jesus christ wallpaper hd jesus christ wallpaper hdRed is a color of Christmas that speaks of Christ's blood and death.

Gifts are a reminder of the gifts of the Magi to baby Jesus. Each of them speaks to a component of His incarnation: Majesty in life, Bitterest Agony in Death and He as God's Perfect gift to us (Matthew 2).
